Hello Guys, I manage a small video game center somewhere in Anambra (orumba south), I have three PS3 and two 32inches plasma TV. The place is somehow near a college of education. But the business is not moving the way I anticipated so am thinking a change of location might help because the shop rent will expire in October. So please I need advice from you guys, any other thing I can do to attract customers? should I renew my rent? should I relocate?....

NOTE: The business is only a year old. (Thinking about relocating to asaba)

Video games don't make much profit like before, because almost every one can now afford one and feels comfortable playing at home,
So the best I think you should do it open a viewing center or bet9ja shop with a POS if you have the capital to expand.

Just like viewing centres aren't thriving much again
Same with video game shops
People can now afford to get consoles and operate with friends in their own houses
Last time I went to a game shop should be like 13 years ago

you can start hosting only tournaments and in time graduate to host esports teams

I think your location is the issue here. If you eventually leave your current location, make sure you do diligent research on your next environment, understand the business and do better research to know what people really want and give it to them, example: playing online, organising tournaments (Not only football competitions because thats the mistake lots of people make there's a wide array of games to use) and lastly look at oga crafteck and see what you can learn from his threads.
