The People Democratic Party, PDP has congratulated Tayor Jegede SAN, who won last night primaries. Jegede was the former Guber Candidate of the People Democratic Party in the 2016 election. The former Attorney General of the state won with 888 votes, while his close rival, the deputy governor of Ondo state, had 657 votes. The People Democratic Party, PDP made this known via its official Twitter handle, while congratulating him. Jegede has been a force who people feel is strong enough challenge the incumbent governor of the state. Jegede will be the party flag bearer, in the October 10, 2020, Guber election.
