Please i need help on this Midi controller Alesis Q49..

The Keyboard is not recognised by system/computer showing error message USB not recognised.

Though the Keyboard will be powered when connected via USB to the system, yet it will not be recognised and not connecting with any of the DAW (Cubase, Fl Studios, Reason, Pro Tools etc)

* I have changed the USB cable

* Used it on different computers but still experiencing the same error message *USB is not recognised*

* It doesn't use a driver. Its just plug and play

Please if you know anything or anyone that can help to make it work properly, let me know.
