His Excellency, Senator Hope Uzodimma received Prof. Awuzie-led nine-member Panel on the take-off of the new Imo State University of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences.

"The take-off has become necessary as it will serve as one of the answers to the post-COVID-19 efforts at repositioning Imo State for economic recovery", Gov. Uzodimma adds.

The Shared Prosperity Administrator, Gov. Hope Uzodimma, added in his remark that all over the world, the various interventions & stimulus packages will be dependent on agriculture in the Post-Covid19 era. To meet the expectations from our people therefore, adequate food security must be worked out.
