For your information, Iwo road bridge was part of construction of Lagos Ibadan express road & not Makinde project, Makinde only want to construct bridge from one of the park that will link to Iwo road bridge (I can tell you authoritatively).

Mind you, there are many pleasant things Makinde has done within his 1year in office and I commend him so much for that but I frowns at wasting of scarce resources on motor parks because it won't generate return on investment (I know what am saying). I really don't expect people like the OP and his supporters to know that there's an unwritten law in Nigerian politics that once you lose an election, you deplete the government's account by disbursing funds to bogus projects.
Why? Because your opponent, the winner of the election will be running helter skelter to provide funds to run his government for the most part of his tenure, thereby positioning him to lose his second term bid since the public will say they can't point to any major project he did during his first term (just like the OP has just done).

If you study Òsun State during the past administration, you will realise Mr Rauf Aregbesola added more petrol to the fire of his state's near bankruptcy because he had to go looking for funds that the administration before him didn't leave in the state's purse.
The current governor, Mr. Gboyega Oyetola is facing the same challenges.

I love and respect Seyi Makinde, I also have family members whose welfare packages as civil servants under him improved tremendously. However, the OP put up some arguments, try and be nonpartisan, refute it by putting up a better argument in defense of Makinde. It's not about completing or not completing "his 8years tenure". Personally, I will also appreciate it if he does a little more in terms of infrastructure, also I wish he'll reduce the newly acquired influence of motor park touts and the animals in wine colored uniforms...but he is just a regular naija politician and by naija standard, he's doing fine.

How many teachers did seyi Makinde employed?

How many teachers did previous adminisitration employed?

In terms of workers welfare, Lam Adesina, Rasheed Ladoja, & Adebayo Alao Akala did very well than Seyi Makinde. These 3 mentioned past government employed more workers, & treated workers very well than Seyi Makinde still they put in place good infrastructure. It got to a point during Lam Adesina that people now refer to L on private cars as Lam because the government gave out car loans to many civil servants back then

Also, late Ajimobi first term employed workers too & paid their salaries as and when due but he messed up during his second term. Despite that, he put a sensible project in place which is state owned technical universities although the school still need government attention to make it better than what it is now

Adebayo Alao Akala is sensible enough to establish Lautech teaching hospital in Ogbomosho his hometown buy Seyi Makinde is breeding thugs and building house for thugs in the name of Motor park

Go round the city of Ibadan and see how Mukaila Lamidi the ex convict is terrorising people up and down. If he's driving on the road with his convoy, all other road users will be asked to shift to one side and failure to do so, their vehicle will be damaged and okada riders who failed to shift to one side will be beaten with horse WIP. Ask people living in Ibadan to confirm this

Akala did not took huge loan as seyi Makinde did yet he gave us reasonable project and civil servant enjoyed him infact he's regarded as 'buje budanu'

Akala revived the lost glory of because with high tech equipment and even employed those translate news & programs to the deaf so they too can watch TV and knows what's happening around the town

In summary, other previous government employed workers massively during their era and not Seyi Makinde thing

You can say that again about that motor park of a thing, one of his crew came on air saying it is going to be an international standard, what makes that park better than the park Ajimobi built in New garage? Can you believe the man was asked that what is the difference between the park at new garage and the one at challenge? " he said the one ajimobi built is garage while the one makinde was building then is a park"
