17-year-old threatens Man Asks for N50,000 or risks being kidnapped Men of the Special Anti Robbery Squad (SARS), Abia State Police Command, has arrested a 17-year-old boy, Jessy Enogwe, over threats to kidnap a 75-year-old man in his community, Egbede Osisioma Ngwa LGA, Abia State.
