addiction to betting is becoming alarming with so many complain in this forum. i understand it is difficult to stop betting mostly when you are addicted. no mater your addiction , you can stop it gradually using the approach below which have help a lot of people that I have counsel who which to quite.

1. open a new bank account with no ATM or internet banking were you channel your main money( this is 99% effective , mostly if you bet online. it will reduce your addiction as the urge of funding to bet will not be there

2. avoid friend that are gambler, they are very dangerous and may lure you back with their recent win




3. engage yourself with useful activity to take your mind of gambling





4. 4get about your lost and move on, as trying to recover your lost may make you lost more

5. finally , stay away from any betting store to avoid being tempted when you can not bet online

the above measure is very effective if you are addicted to online betting ,most especially putting your money in a new bank account with no ATM or internet banking, it kill your betting spirit as you can not use safe token code or debit your account online when the urge come and also indirectly reduce your urgue to go to betting store as money to bet will not be available easily without ATM

Moral of the story here, is Always Bet Offline, Betting online is dangerous and Addictive, Always visit a bet9ja shop.

I am not against people betting , but way to stop addiction to betting . learn to understand first ,before you speak trash
