Delta State Governorship Candidate, Mr Paul Obanua's Manifesto On Tourism by Eidaling: 5:08pm On Feb 10, 2011
Mr Paul Obanua has expressed his Empowerment plans for Delta State in his Manifesto, His Manifesto on Tourism are as follows-:

1. Develop new cities along the Waterfront areas in Warri and Asaba in the first phase (using tourist attraction blueprint)

2. Build business resorts in Asaba with over 2000 businesses, financial institutions and ICT.

3. Partnering with private investors to open modern city malls.

4. Bring cultural awareness of our Delta's state rich culture and eventually making Delta State a main tourist attraction to tourists.

We would continue to bring to you other aspects of his manifesto, on Health, Free Education with School feeding Programme, Housing, Security, Human Capital development, Transportation, Industrialization, Agriculture e.t.c
