She declared on her Instagram account on Saturday that “Chief Daddy 2” will be released in 2021, and will be restricted to Netflix globally.

“Chief Daddy” was released to the Cinemas in December 2018, and happened to be the third movie from the EbonyLife Films Studio to be obtained by Netflix, in March 2019.

Chief Daddy is not just a movie loved by Nigerians, it is also the third Nollywood film in the Nigerian cinema history to break the record of N300 million. After clocking 24 days of the movie release, Chief Daddy reached N301,815,569 at the box-office to establish its position as the third-highest-grossing Nollywood movie of all time.
