Good morning everyone, my brother ‘s Money has been wiped from his account , he said they were buying recharge card with it, he logged into the mobile app now & all money gone, he doesn’t receive alert. Please what can be done? Is there anyone that can help, or can anything still be done? |

Go to the bank to report (which is useless as they'll tell you there's nothing they can do. Which is a lie), then proceed to EFCC office in your state to launch a petition no matter how little the money you lost is |

There are phishing software that can be installed on computers or mobile devices that saves your user names or passwords of any site you visit. When you are using bank mobile app or website please never log in with a computer that is not yours or phone that is not yours . Even if you clear history, browsers can save your password. Though I don't know the cause of your brother's account being accessed by fraudsters but I am sure it has to do with either his SIM or mobile app. Ussd is safer to me. |

They got hold of his sim card,my be his phone got missing,they simply use his phone number to withdrew his money |
