The number of infections will never go down but can be managed, we can't continue shutting down our economy. Africa was bedeviled by malaria infections back then, but it did not deter the colonialists nor did it stop Africans from being admitted abroad.

African countries can't afford the level of lock-down carried out by first world countries ....we won't survive it, we just have to learn to manage and live with it.

Next time try to read before you comment. Travellers are to arrive one hour for local and three hours for international flights before departure.

Lol. I believe they have learnt thier lessons. They should upgrade and equip our hospitals and schools to international standard. The ones they fly out to patronise have mostly Nigerian trained doctors and nurses as staff.

It's not strict at all. U can actually arrive till about 45 minutes to the time. I've seen ppl in PH do so without any qualms.

I arrived 3hrs to the time for an 11 am flight and had to buy expensive airport food. Could've just chilled a bit at home. After all the PTF gra gra.

For Intl 3hrs is usual. Dont know why they r reiterating it.

My friend go and sit down, what virus is spreading like wildfire. How long should the world be on lockdown before irreversible damage is done to the economy, people have been stuck abroad for months and they need to come home.

Not unusual to arrive MMA before 8pm for 11pm flight. Who wants to get stuck in traffic and miss flight?

If you lost colleagues or friends to Covid-19 or you know people still recovering months after discharge from hospital, you would see the whole picture differently.
