1. The client wanted an intro page compulsorily, and my rule says you should give client what he wants
2. Contact form not working i know, just uploaded it today so am still working on it, by monday it will work
3. The reason i made a large page, was because of the design, he had already gotten a graphic design of his site, so i had to slice it and incorporate it, because of the flame colours, i had to improvise and make it stretch to fit the whole browser, that means for the largest screen
4. if i get rid of the webmail link, how will the client be able to log onto his mail, will he have to memorize the email link.

but i agree with yewatide, work on the resolution, the scroll bar is quite annoying.

1) Not necessarily. As I tell people (including a current commissioner of information of one of our states), I am not hired to be an order taker. I am hired for my expertise so, if I tell you why something doesn't make sense, and furthermore, back it up with facts and statistics, it is imperative that the advise is taken. Besides, I want to be able to show future clients my sites. My reputation is supreme.

3) Again, facts and stats state that majority of users use 1024, at least for now. YUI recommends 965px max and I would suggest, per #1 above, that you go with that. If you can't fit the current background into that width (and I see no reason why you couldn't), maybe you should reconsider another

4) Webmail link: You give it to them in a separate email and tell them to bookmark it. I have done this in the past, and no one complained. Again, I was faced with, "client says" syndrome but I backed up my arguments with facts and stats and they agreed.

Learn to "fight" for your rights, wherever and whenever possible. For the most part, you will earn your clients' respect, even if it means losing business. I speak from experience.

As per what I like about the site, a review isn't about what looks good but what can be improved. If you've noticed, I haven't been derogatory (though I could ) and have backed up my observations with solutions, where necessary.

Go back to when you parents would ask you to wash their car. If your parents were like mine, unless you did a bang up job up front, they would always run their fingers in some obscure place, a place you never though of washing, showed you the finger and walked away without saying a word. The difference b/w them and me, with respect to this review is that I am not only showing you the dirty finger and suggesting how to get all corners of the car in the future

In addition to all the flaws aforementioned , i think the management page (management.html) is not well-arranged. I suggest you dont float the profile of " Dr Clement Okoh (Phd) " to the right of the flash picture. That is, start it on the same horizontal line with the profile of " Mr Emmanuel S. Morah ".
Same goes for the contact page (contact.html). i also suggest you float the form below flash picture.
On the positive side, i like the colour variation.
