Job Description:


* Our Marketing Specialist will conduct primary and secondary research to help our executives determine the strategy to use toward the product implementation.
* Research will be conducted based on different market segmentation.
* Act as our sales markeing agent and sell the product to our customers.
* Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, focus groups, questionnaires, and opinion polls.
* Present their findings to executives and clients through charts, graphs, and other visual means to help them make better-informed decisions about product introductions, modifications, and marketing campaigns. 
* Interpret the data collected, organizing this information into statistical tables and reports.
* Create a visual of industry trends and of competitors so organizations can predict how products and services will fare in the marketplace.
* Measure effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies.
* Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting current ecommerce logistics in Nigeria.
* Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text to the Executives.
* Seek and provide information to help Oceangrsmtih Technologies Limited determine their position in the marketplace. 
* Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals to better understand if Oceangrsmith HubLocker will be a able to solve current ecommerce logistics issues.
* Research/determine on current issues affecting ecommerce/logistics issues in Nigeria and present results to the Executives for review. Present your review in an Executive way.
* Attend weekly staff conferences to provide management with information gather concerning research analysis/results.
* Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution. If No competitor, gather data on list of logistics companies in Nigeria and price they offer delivery from point A to point B.
* Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature.
* Assist on Hub Locker business and marketing plan and provide weekly updates on the plan.
* Provide plan on new pre and post launch for Hub Locker Product.
 
Skills:
Computer skills: Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, excel and Word, as well as reporting tools like excel graphs and charts; can help with sorting data, as well as creating visual results and trends.
Math and analytical skills: These are essential for analyzing research date.
Confidence: You should be comfortable speaking in front of strangers and presenting results to internal team members and management.
Multitasking capability: You should be able to manage multiple projects with quick turnaround.
Interpersonal skills: You'll need an ability to work well with all levels of management, internal staff, clients, and vendors.
Communication: Must have strong communication skills and able to provide constructive feedback to the leadership during meeting.
