A lot of people seem upset/angry that the so called integrity of the VP is being called into question.

The query by SPIP clearly saw that the withdrawal was suspicious, hence the need for further investigation.

That the Auditor-General shouldn't be able to make such withdrawals raises even more questions.

Also, why should the VP take it upon himself to query the SPIP for questioning the Auditor-General?

Shouldn't the Auditor-General have simply responded as appropriate? By letter the VP respond, it was tantamount to intimidating the SPIP... It is now clearer why the SPIP was hurriedly disbanded...
