1. Between ages of 30 -   38
2. Very good communication skills ( both written and oral) as person will be in charge of in-house staff communications
3. Excellent use of MS Excel Word and Ppoint
4. Personable, Pleasant but firm and mature personality
5. Degree qualified in any HR related discipline.e.g Sociology, Psychology or taking CIPMN exams
6. Good documentation and filing skills
7. Some administrative skills
