The governor is daft, he should step up his game to develop the state, they haven't employ teacher since old oyo state, go to all public school in osun, no teacher, jus one or two nysc member, npower and one or two grade two teacher of 70, 80, that why most osun graduate in poly and some uni can not speak English.
