11 Tips To Stay Positive And Cheerful During This Pandemic by Annomale(f): 1:50am On Aug 13, 2020
Staying positive is simply looking at the bright side of your life at all times. You have to avoid pondering on the things you do not have control over like the current pandemic and focus on things you can control. This will help you remain sane and cheerful always.
Let your joy be full.
Learn how to be joyful and  thankful to God for those things he has done or given to you as well as those you are currently praying for. The truth is, man is insatiable and full of problems. When one want or problem is resolved, another arises.

Try to reminisce, flash back on the beautiful events of your life as it will help you remain positive, focused and envelope you with a sense of gratefulness.
Have a quiet time and be serious with it. Switch off your phones, tablet, computer, television, radio and all other devices so you won't be distracted. Having a quiet time helps us create a bond, a beautiful fellowship with our heavenly father that he craves so dearly.

Quiet time ultimately allows us to clear our minds of the clutter of the day and prepare our minds for the right attitudes and optimum productivity.

Don't neglect fellowship or church services. I have noticed that a lot of families no longer attend church services even though some states have lifted the ban on social gatherings like churches. The truth is, we need God more because the times are perilous. Also, there is great gain in collective prayer and the testimonies of others will help your faith grow. If your state is yet to lift the ban on religious gatherings and your church is not online yet, you can worship with Salvation Ministry via smhos.org starting from 6am for the first service as we have 7 services, each lasting an hour and 30 mins.

Do you remember the story of the foolish rich man that was speaking to himself, "my soul be merry and rejoice for you have a great stock for the rest of your time", and God's response him? "thou fool, your soul will be required of you tonight".

This story has a lot of lessons for us all as follows: Firstly, we must take each day as it comes, secondly, we must think of others and share our blessings with them. Thirdly and most importantly, we must acknowledge God in all we have or do and not be proud and take his glory. Remember he told us he's a jealous God..
