Job Title: Storekeeper (Stores)
Location: Rivers
Job Description
Handle SAP Picking List / return document for issue of stock /
return in stock items and ensures that such good issues / returns are
promptly and efficiently done.
Meet demand of user departments, including problem solving and anticipating difficulties.
Ensures that all stocks items are safely and efficiently stored in
the warehouse using the correct SAP material number and in accordance
with established procedures.
Reacts to urgent requests and changing priorities in accordance with the Stores Supervisor.
Assists with any stock checks that are carried out annually for the
purposes of internal and external auditors, like Finance and NNPC; and
at each movement on an internal basis for specific items only.
Participate in the warehouse housekeeping.
Ensure adherence at all times to the CompanyТs HSE policy.
Participates in conjunction with other Contractors in the monthly physical count and highlights any discrepancy for resolution.
Job Requirements
Minimum of OND/HND, with at least 5 years Working experience in
warehouse operations (storekeeping and inventory control). Experience in
Oil and Gas environment will be an added advantage.
Basic experience in the use of SAP
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Have a good command of English Language
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Must be 100% Safety Conscious
Basic Training in Store and Inventory Management.
Physical ability to f requently lif t and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 lbs
Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time



Job Title: Storekeeper (Chemical)
Location: Rivers
Job Descriptions
Assist with the safe storage and handling of all Chemicals &
Lubricants within the Base, in accordance with Company Rules, API
Standards and Manufacturer's instructions and guidelines.
To check the material / chemical issued with Picking List and Purchase Orders, prepare the
packaging, stuff in the certified CCU’s, and move it to the outgoing area. Issue the appropriate documentation.
Assists with any stock checks that are carried out annually for the
purposes of internal and external audits, like Finance and NNPC, and at
each movement on an internal basis.
Ensure that all stock and non-stock items for direct charge to
user-departments that are received at Onne conform to the approved SAP
purchase order in terms of quantity and quality and are processed
correctly in SAP.
Ensures that all stock items are safely and efficiently stored at
Onne, using the correct SAP material number and in accordance with
established procedures.
Ensures that SAP is updated accurately with any changes to quantity, location or description as required without any delay.
Ensure adherence at all times to the Company’s HSE policy.
Job Requirements

Job Title: QA / QC Personnel
Location: Base Onne, Rivers

Job Description
Verify the suitability of lifting equipment before mobilization offshore.
Pre and post visual inspections of all CCUs and lifting set (slings, Crosby shackles, safety pins, rings).
Proper Storage of the slings, shackles and accessories.
Change the colour code when not specific inspection has to be done.
Maintenance inspection to keep the equipment in good condition.
Routine reparation and missing parts replacement.
Routine brushing, painting, greasing, cleaning of equipment.
Selection of required slings for pipe bundling.
Monitor the bundling of drill pipes.
To provide 3 quotations of reparation from the approved TOTAL contractors.
In charge to manage and organise the quarantine area and the CCUТs area.
Keep records of all CCU's and their location with the certification status.
Contact the contractor with 2 days' notice for the certification of the CCU's.
Supervising the inspection of hired CCUs and Total owned slings by third party.
In charge of the lifting loft at Onne, while ensuring full compliance to TUCN standards.
Job Requirements
Must be a holder of HND or Bachelor of Science degree
Minimum 3 years verifiable experience in similar role. Experience in the Oil and Gas environment will be an added advantage.
Must possess Industry related qualifications such as LEEA /NSL / CPA etc.
Broad and extensive knowledge in handling & lifting appliance & operations
Knowledge and competency in the use of Microsoft Office package
Demonstrate sufficient knowledge of quayside operations and application of TUCN LMS.
Ability to prepare and/or review risk assessments relating to the job function.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Have a good command of English Language
Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time





Job Title: QA / QC Personnel - Quayside
Location: Onne, Rivers
Job Description
Verify that all cargo loaded / offloaded on board supply vessel are properly packed as per TUCN handling and lifting procedures.
Verify the suitability of contractor's and TUCN's lifting gears
(certification, colour code, etc.) before and during loading /
offloading of cargo on supply vessels.
