two things

1 after signing nothing happens
2 after signing money is collected chairs n table are bought office is paid for grass start to grow the matter end there

They have done it hundreds of time, Reached to mars in 2014 in First attempt.
Still World`s most High resolution Spy satellite is hovering above us.
Have their own Navigation system, More accurate then GPS.
Still have more then 78 Heavy and more then 200 small satellites in various orbits.
They are world leader well above USA, when it comes to GIS Satellite technology.
Tested ASAT capabilities two years ago.

And yet you see, some of our Ignorant, Village champions are worried if they will take advantage of Nigeria. Its Irony or Lunacy i dont know.
