Let's stop receiving ourselves. No southern president is bold enough to repay back the nepotism Buhari is executing now because of this inherent cowardice mentality in us. It is the constitution that empowers buhari to have a say in judicial appointments not his own making.it is still part of checks and bslsnces because the judiciary and legislature also have some control on the executive.before the leaders of nass are sworn in,the president usually reads a proclamation letter...
