FC Barcelona's problems:
1) Overly dependent on Messi.
2) Players' influence (Messi and Suarez, especially Messi) over management and board. This influence and latitude has always been there but it wasn't deemed negative in anyway since Messi and others (Neymar, Dani Alves, Iniesta, Puyol, Xavi etc.) were still at their prime and were successful almost every week. Now, the most of the players are faded and need to leave. They need fresh legs and team work football.
3) Poor and ludicrous transfer decisions. The board are utterly incompetent and foolish. Swiping Arthur for Pjanić is the height of it all.
4) Poor choice of coaches. Sometimes they sack good coaches when all the club should have done was give them absolute authority over the players and their egos. No coach could thrive without being a "yes man" and refusing to criticise the players harshly.

Even if they employ new coach and messi is still their.. The club will still flop.. I remember when they appointment gordiola, he offloaded ronaldinho asap.. This is what Barcelona needs to do.. Sell messi asap and rebuild the team
