Self-confidence is all about you having trust in your own decisions, abilities, values and self worth regardless of your flaws or what others may think about you.

It is extremely important in every aspect of one's life, yet many struggle to have it.

Most people have got the style and looks, but lack self-confidence because of their inability to prove what they are certain about. For instance, you have a task to make a presentation at work but you are visibly nervous and unsure of yourself whereas, you've prepared so well and have great ideas up there willing to share to people sitting in that room, but you fault because you don't believe you have what it takes to wow them, you doubt that you would impress them at all.
