The dreaded Boko Haram sect has again invaded Magumeri Local Government of Borno state leaving not less than one telecommunication mask destroyed and other infrastructural valuables. This attack came not more than a week the known Boko Haram sect attacked neighboring LGA in the same Borno state leaving many at least 6 persons killed while others injured and some displaced. Magumeri is north and about 40km drive from Maiduguri the state capital which has witnessed series of Boko Haram attacks including the abduction of Oil Exploration Workers and staff from the Department of Geology, University of Maiduguri, on a mission around the shores of the Lake Chad Basin.
