I have been wanting to share this but I always forget.

To start with, I want to let you know that there is no relationship that doesn't have problems and I mean VERY SERIOUS problems. These are the types of problems you will be like "there is no way out of this". But the good news is that THERE IS ALWAYS A SOLUTION SOMEWHERE AROUND.

When we don't know this, we may feel ashamed because of a problem in our relationship as I did for more than 3 years. Then, we fail to solve it and continue to suffer from it.

About 3 weeks ago, I met someone on Twitter talking about RHM (Relationship Hack Meditation). I took it as one of those things we see on the internet. But, because I was really going through a lot in silence, I decided to try it. To my surprise, it worked like magic.

My advice to anyone who wants to try it is: be as honest as possible while doing it. Also, try to complete it (3 days).
