00cyberghost: THE POLITICAL LEADERSHIP SINCE INDEPENDENCE HAVE BEEN GETTING AWAY WITH A LOT OF ATROCITY ESPECIALLY WHEN THE ISSUES CONCERN THE POOR MASSES ON THE STREETS. Now they have grown wings to try it with big corporations which is not taking any chances at all. Nigerians will recall the P & ID Contracts which the federal government gambled with it till the company that signed the contract with Nigeria took us to a British court in London. THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF NIGERIA THAT REFUSE TO RESPECT COURT ORDER WILL LEARN IN A HARD WAY WHAT LAWS MEANS. THEM GO HEAR AM PLENTY ! IF POLITICAL PLAYERS AND THEIR FOLLOWERS DO NOT CHANGE FROM THEIR MISCONDUCT WHILE IN PUBLIC OFFICE. NIGERIA WILL BECOME BANKRUPT AND IT WILL BE SOLD FOR AUCTION. NOW AMEACHI IS JUMPING UP AND DOWN TELLING US SWEET STORIES ABOUT TAKING CHINESE LOANS TO BUILD RAILWAY AND PROCURE TRAINS. Years later the federal government will default and problems will start coming and the current Minister of Transport, Chibuke Ameachi and President Buhari will not be in power to explain their role. The upcoming administration will now be reaping their misdeed. AVOID CHINESE LOANS NOW ! 4 Likes |

TLE900: Malami is behaving as if he lacks legal education. One can see how he gave security cover to the 17 legislators that committed treason in Edo state by inaugurating another house of assembly and taking oath of office against the matter that is still in court. MALAMI gave this legislators police cover to take over the Edo state house of assembly if not for governor Obaseki who stood against their actions. MALAMI is supposed to be tried for the treaonable offence by the 17 legislators in Edo state that supporting Ize Iyamu and Oshiomole of the Apc. Is Malami not aware that the case of the Edo state political crisis is still in court? How can an attorney general be unaware. It took the speaker of Edo state house of assembly, Mr Okiye to inform and educate Malami of the pending cases. 1 Like |

Nigeria has so many sovereign cases pending against her. They were all based on poor understanding of the contractual terms by our officials. Recently,we heard of the controversies in the china loans gotten by the fed gvt which were mainly on poor understanding and implications if the loan terms are breached. Most times,I wonder if these were done by our officials deliberately to steal Money. 2 Likes |

Amitez: 1sttruth: The FG guaranteed a State Project to improve the effectiveness of a Federal Agency (NEPA). This has nothing to do with APC or PDP. Nigeria should live up to its responsibilities and pay its debt. This is the same way local contractors are owed in Trillions and they aren't paid for years. Nigerian Government Federal, State, and Local Government levels are chronic debtors that have caused many local businesses to go under. We should cut our excess as a nation, pay our debts, fund infrastructure development. |

I thought Enron had folded up.Seems like the easiest way to make money off Nigerianis to get awarded a contract, pretend to be on site by hiring equipment and then induce someone to cancel the contract then sue for damages. 1 Like |
