Timipre Silva that read English language is giving us information about oil and gas sector a very sensitive sector of the Nigerian economy. He will just only end up reading what is in paper,commission projects and award contracts same with all other ministers who are not technocrats. Later minister of finance will come and tell us if Nigeria is in recession or not and how Ajaokuta steel plant will be completed in 2023
