Investments generally are a function of objectives, risk tolerance range, and preferences. when I mean objectives, am talking about what you hope to achieve with your Investments, To pay for future educational expenses, Invest for retirements, Investment to earn just interest income at the short term, and capital appreciation over the long term, Investment to preserve wealth..... countering forced government tax through inflation tax, inflation to hedge central bank policies of persistent devaluation etc.
2. Risk tolerance: Are you naturally a short term oriented investor... who will be willing to harvest returns for short term, daily, weekly, one month 3month, 6months even 1yr. Or you are long term oriented, who will be ready to hold Investment for a long period of time, 2yr, 3yrs 5yrs or even 10yrs

3. what is ur risk preference.... talking about if you would love to monopolize ur Investment into one type of securities, diversifying your Investments into multi securities. investing locally or diversifying into other economies.

when one can answer these, there will be clarity on the type of investment suited for the person.

There is no best investment....
Each has its own risk... which
Can be managed with app risk mgt....
TBills rate can fall to very low percentage ...below inflation rate..
Mutual fund rate can also be dicouraging...
Bonds rate can be extra low ...
U can lose your money in stocks...
Agrotech can close up ....with risk to your capital...
Tenants may not pay up as at when due in real estate ...
Insurance can refuse to pay....
U may not recover all your money back in lending
saving schemes may not pay attractive rate...
