many of you would not have spotted the "London Arbitration clause" which is the key to this case. Nigerians are used to behaving anyhow and not honoring contracts knowing they can bribe judges in Nigeria. This is the same reason the Chinese got us to waive the sovereign immunity over arbritration clause in the loan contracts.
