Wait, there are two kind of license, is it the national license or the Lagos state license, which one do you inquire, and the nature of the betting company, is it public online lottery, online sport betting, casino or just be specific, which type of betting did the company cover

This your question seems twisted there is a legal procedure to obtaining a license from nlrc and lslrc, which mainly required your patience and compliance with requirement, you can do this and you will get your license within a space of 3month, but you seems to be looking for an already registered online betting company willing to sell their license, of which I bet you may never find as its unconstitutional, if you are at a loss on how to get the license, then I can put you through having an uncle who successfully obtain one and get his betting company operational, buy if otherwise, I bet there is no way anybody can be of help

The only thing i can do for you is to put you through how you can obtain the licence, what and whatnot expect finances, etc. quote me if you are interested.

I have registered from the scratch a sports betting company and proceeded to set it up and obtain the licence from the Lagos state lottery board.
That was how this second reference or brief came to me.
I am very familiar with the workings and legal regulatory framework work governing the sports betting and lottery sector.
I can say that it's not a"constitutional issue" like you've made it seem respectfully.
Before I came here to advertise, I sought advice from the lottery board and indeed transfer of licence is permitted under certain parameters. The Client is looking at several options one of which is acquisition of an already existing licence, or leasing an existing licence for 20-25 years or going for outright fresh registration.
In all of these, the client understands perfectly that fees and commissions must be paid to whomever.
That's why I have thrown it open to the public here because like they say, you never know whom might just respond with the exact thing we're looking for.

Understood, but I suggest you opt in for fresh registration inorther to save time, looking for who is willing to sell/transfer his/her licence may prove to be a daunting task.

You know nothing about this that’s why you’re giving this suggestion ..you think it’s easy to just go direct ..people literally get the license and partner with another company.. I know this cus I’ve worked remotely with a company under Malta gaming authority and majority of companies use the Malta path
