Following a statement released by the publicity secretary, Caretaker Committee of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) in Kaduna, Dr. Abdurahman Usman...

"Party members and faithful should please be informed that the upcoming Congress's scheduled to take place tomorrow, Wednesday, 26th August and Saturday, 29th August, are to be conducted with the strictest compliance to COVID 19 rules, especially on use of face masks by all delegate's and official's.

Please note also, social distancing must be observed. In furtherance to this, no more than a maximum of 20 person's at a time, shall be allowed within and around the precinct's of the Congress's, aggregated together.

NO FACE MASK AND ABRIDGEMENT OF COVID PROTOCOLS, NO VOTING: We most graciously thank you in anticipation of your utmost cooperation and understanding, while we implore us all to conduct ourselves, peacefully and in a very convivial manner, in voting for candidate's of our choice, together, yes, we can.
