At least silva is one of the best defender in the world and he is a leader and well experienced and have captained psg for years and also the brazillian national team

Chelsea offered Willian a 2-year contract (Club policy is to not give players above 30 years more than a year contract) - Terry, Lampard, Drogba, Cole - He was an exception; but he wanted 3 years.
