Even if they are to engage in other business, don't they need money to start up?

Atimes, due to age limit, intimidating qualifications, & salary , those PhD are never given average jobs of abt N50k -N90k salary.
I have a friend with 2 masters degrees with distinction, & running a PhD program, but jobless!

If the govt feel they're overqualified, then they should be extracted to other jobs

I can never work under anyone... Education is fast becoming useless in this country... My masters degree certificate have been lying down in my wardrobe for years... Not that I can't work with it but how could I be a billionaire with a certificate?

Truth is we overate educational qualifications in this part of the world. I have been living in Canada for sometime now and have worked for a number of companies, none has ever asked me for my certificate. Just prove you know what they needed you to do. If you apply with your PhD for a job in Canada, it is very likely you may not get it...get on the job with a lesser qualification first, then prove the rest later. The koko is to earn a living wage.
