Total rubbish.... As Boko Haram is violent... Are the North the only one suffering from it?... You talk as if we are not in a different country... As if people need visa to over to another zone. Nigeria has been feeling the effects of Boko boys... The are budgeted for, money that could have been used for another thing. The SE, SS, SW are being sent as troops without weapons to go get killed.
