I write as a newbie. I have been in the pool for feseral skilled worker since April. Although my CRS - 432. I entered the pool with the ielts score of L:- 8.5, R:- 7.5, W:- 6.5, S:- 8.0. I am a lawyer with two undergraduate degree and a masters.

However, the draw for Federal Skilled Workers has not been done this year. I have tried applying to Prince Edward Province and Saskatchewan Province, but no invitation yet. Please how do I go about this PNP. I humbly ask for guidance.

Please help clarify. So if it’s a gift deed, account statement is not needed? Not even the account statement for just that day the money was credited?
Also, in my situation i recently fixed deposited my gift deed using same bank. So I have my investment letter. Do I need bank statement ? Kindly advise all the documents I need to submit base on my situation. Thank you

the question was about 6 months bank statement not bank statement. If you dont provide bank statement how is the officer supposed to confirm or know you received the gift deed

redo your ielts and wait for federal draws. Many of the pnp dont have lawyers as in demand. Some may have legal assistant make your research from the pnp websites.

You do your PcC at Alagbon CID, Inspector Moshood’s number is somewhere on this thread or previous ones. He’s a contact person there….the cost is anywhere between 3500 and 10k depending on your negotiating skills. Direction to Alagbon, get to Obalende and then take a small bus heading towards passport office, It’s on the way.

For medicals, if you find someone willing to swap i think you can contact them otherwise just keep checking with them for a closer date and peradventure you get ITA before then, you can message the centre requesting for a closer date because you have a timeline to submit Your Eapr

Did you try applying for a remark of your writing? Or did you just assume the IELTS score would be enough? Even if FSW draw resumes, the chances of being invited on that score is VERY slim. You need to rewrite another IELTS. PNP is another way but judging from your post, it's not forthcoming. Hopefully the other provinces that picks directly from the pool will pick you however until then, go write another IELTS and aim for L-8.5, R-8.0, S & W- 7.5 each.
