Good morning good people. I know my post might look weird but bear with me.

Is anybody looking a flatmate, preferably female? You must be female too. I can't comfortably afford rent for an apartment right now so I'm interested in living with someone, preferably female.
Of course, we'll discuss rent splitting and what not. My own stipulation is that the rent must be affordable, the house must be clean, situated in a safe area, good access roads and regular power supply.
And above all, please be a nice and tolerant person. And the house must be located in Benin city, preferably Ugbor.
