This special project belongs to a quiet member of the property section and facilitated by our special elder in the house. I did the external application of the water repellent matte paint for the fence wall do to damp issue. We gave the skirting a very light coat of a porous emulsion paint to allow water breathe on that part and gave the upper colour the water repellent paint so that water from the top drains off the wall. Washing then sweeping of sand and cement mix into the space between the interlocking bricks before sealing it to fix the space from allowing growth.

Sand and cement was swept into the space between the interlock brick and given 2 coats of waterbased sealant to prevent growth on the surface.
