White countries and Asian countries, give their male citizens more attention and opportunities and it worked for them, less crime, stable societies etc,I think one reason Africa suffers from so many crises and violence is that a critical mass of its males are disempowered through lack of Jobs etc,Nigeria over the years has adopted the women empowerment model as a strategy for development,I think this is a wrong move,it is what is fuelling the gross insecurity ,and exponential increase in rape, more young women are actually more empowered in Nigeria. The developed countries prioritize their males, after which they achieve success they carry the women along, but in Nigeria, the UN,World bank,IMF etc has sold the women first ideology to our stupid leaders, and they have unsurprisingly adopted the dangerous practice, men at all levels need to be fully engaged,at all levels for there to be peace in society, now that women are competing with men for few available work opportunities, they are denying men access to jobs, this is an underlying factor to the current crises we are in ,no body wants to admit this very salient truth

I believe in fairness and equity no matter the tribe or gender. In Yorubaland, women aren't drummers but if you have a daughter who likes to drum, nobody can stop her because of her gender. On the other hand, a system where men are neglected because we want more women participation is inequitable. In fact, it's better for women to be idle than for males (even young boys) to stay idle. But we're going the way of the West who have fully invested in their males.
Nevertheless, everyone deserves quality education no matter their gender and they deserve to be respected and considered for any position they seek as long as they're qualified and not because they're males or females.

everyone believes what they want to believe but 100% pf the countries that are doing well have women who have more rights that 100% of the countries that are doing poorly. Its ironic the op even implied it was the other way around

It is women that bring actual development and economic stability.

I don't know if you're in Nigeria but I cant explain it to you until you are no longer there and see it yourself. Or if you're not married.

When you get married you will find that it is your wife that will push for the bring about the improvement of the home and family (unless like a lot of poor nigerians you focus on surpessing her). There are things women think about ans care about that men don't. These are the things that bring development.

In poor countries women are surpressed and can't fully actualize their part in the process. Remember that a man needs far less to be comfortable than a woman and if you're honest about Nigeria, it is paradise for men. Tue parts we can't figure out, we're not the ones who figure it out. Every American city was Nigeria until people startes bringing their wives in. The difference between lagos of the 80s and 90s and now is that its no longer majority male.

but again idk your level of understanding or intention so i hope i didn't waste my time.

go to the homes of rich Nigerians and the homes of poor ones and you will see the difference in how comfortable the wives are in speaking. That comfort is actually what made one rich and what made the other poor. Women = wealth. Women bring wealth. Your ancestors knew it and today everyone knows it but you.

If you're a man trying to compete with women thats on you and that's your problem. When you're ready to see things for what they are, you will see what is well known.

There's a reason a woman can say 'i must marry a rich man' but men dont often say 'i just marry a rich woman'. Women have low tolerance for all of the things that plague poor ppl and poor societies. They will push until those things are gone. Ask a Lagos real estate agent that is selling to a man and wife which spouse is the on concerned with important detials. It is important details that make life matter and as a man we're not wired to focus on what women focus on. But how will we fix those problems if the people who care about them can't speak?

Who do you think needs hot running water more?
Who do you think needs street lights more?
Who do you think most businesses is diversified economies focus on?
If there is no AC who will complain the most? Or complain first?
If a place is dirty who will it bother the most?
If you're a musician that doesn't appeal to women, where are you going?
Why do politicians focus so much energy on poor women and male leaders, but not poor men?
Why doesn't any society elect single men to leadership?
Why does the man give items to the womans parents?
Traditionally why did women own the markets?

as a man, if you don't know, you can live in a jungle for 365 days and be fine. Everything beyond that exists because of women. Men actually try to improve themselves to attract women. Without that all that is left is improvement to show off to other men. When you understand that you will understand Nigeria.

I have noticed that a lot of young Nigerian men hate women. Or see them as rivals. That is your loss
