Some gunmen on Saturday evening killed a councillor representing Ward 6 Sagbama Council Area of Bayelsa State, Hon Karma Agagowei. The lawmaker was shot dead along Opolo while returning from the Peoples Democratic Party ward congress. The deceased was rushed to two different hospitals including Gloryland Hospital and Federal Medical Centre, Yenogoa, but was denied treatment for lack of a police report. lackren: Serious minded people treat before asking for a police report. Unserious minded people demand for a police report and watch patient die if no report comes from an unserious police that we have. It's a pity. Even for a known person as a councillor. Tueh! |
