Generally, the Nigerian websites I have seen are pathetic and look like they were constructed by fly-by-night "programmers" (amateurs). I have seen government as well as private sector companies with rotten sites from Nigeria. I dont know what to say, I guess they dont care. In fact lets start a list of the rotten sites and rate them. |
