what do you mean by Turkey connection?because VO will ask you what you do in every countries you visited before.

the reason is that the VO will know automatically that she is intended to rejoin her hsuabnd
if the previous 3 refusals were as a maiden name,she should continue with the unmarried status for now.
she will get the vistors visa being that she is well employed here with responsibilities.

moreso,she has studied abroad and returned home despite working productively there.
the red flags will be the denials and the unmarried status which she can explain away.
she can get the b1/b2 but she should just visit and come back.
the visa should be valid till the husband is free and wife has the ability to get the k1 or k3.

Thanks for the reply. Just spoke to the lady now and she told me that her previous application, she used her maiden name.

For the new application she want to submit next week, she stated that she is married and her husband is in Nigeria.

If you want to use HIV management conference good but all depend on what document you want to use to support your invitaion. like your work,travel history,your work must relate to the conference etc.......

As soon as she pass the Citizenship test, the whole process takes btw 6-8week depending on her state, afterwhich she has to contact USCIS to update her profile to a US citizen and by that, your pending I-130 would move fast,all things being equal, you may receive your immigrant visa interview date before June 2013, be prepared in terms of your documentation. It is well IJN.

You are not able to change your status from visitor to a legal immigrant.The only way you can immigrate legally is to play the Dv lottery or if a us sibling/spouse/employer files for you.

sorry for your lose man. may God comfort you. i dont think you have much of a problem. all you need to do before you even apply for your visa on a new passport is to send a mail through DHL to them and explain in details what happened. include photocopies of data page and visa along side police report and court affidavit. wait to hear from them before yo take any step.

Thanks a million for the heads up, l totally agree with you that it is not really about the document, travel experience or your appearance, l believe it is all about the mercy,favour and grace of God, l believe God's favour and mercy will see my brother thru, once again, though your interview didnt go well, but l also believe that you are not a failure, perphaps God is saying it is not yet time, with what l have read online about those who went for interview, l know is all about God, l am sure when your day comes, the Co will be eager to favour you, continue to thank God.
