That the shop is abandoned doesn't mean the oil shud be abandoned.. Abeg it is allowed jare.. Dont be surprised, that oil may be a stolen oil too and as them dey carry am go, God catch them ship no work Our politicians steal oil to get rich.... Oil bunkering made most people wealthy.
