Disclaimer: This is a little long but I know it's worth it..and yeah, it was extracted from the https://bypork.com website.

#100k. To the average (working class) Nigerian, #100k is the sweet spot between small and quite some money. The point where it's not a lot of money but you wouldn't call it small either.

With #100k, you can spoil yourself (and even an extra person) at a mall. You can take a not so fancy trip to another state in the country for a couple of days and back. On the flip side, #100k won't be enough for a luxury trip to say Ibiza for the summer. It can't buy a car. It can't buy a house or pay for one week in a 5 star hotel.

It's not small but it's certainly not a lot of money.

Since it's neither big nor small, I think it is smart that everyone should be looking to invest at least #100,000 annually passively into something that generates good profits.

Saving in a bank would have been the answer but that isn't a very good idea. If you operate your bank account frequently just forget about interests. Infact you'd probably lose money via bank charges and other things you really can't explain.

To make it even worse, the annual inflation rate in Nigeria is typically between 11%-15%, meaning that if #100K can buy you a TV set this year, it would cost approximately #115K by 2021.

Meaning that for every year you keep you money dormant in a bank account, it loses approximately 15% of it's value. Painful!

On the other hand, #100K in a good investment plan can get to #400k in a few years using compound interest. Make that, #1M, and you'd have #4M in a few years. #10M would equal at least #40M in a few years too. That's how the rich get richer.

The question now isn't if we should invest but what makes a good investment plan? Here are a few things to note when looking for a good investment plan.

1. IT SHOULD PAY HIGHER THAN 15% ANNUALLY:
If the annual inflation is 15%, it goes without saying that we should be looking to get more than 15% every year else we'd be losing money.
Better still, 20% or higher annually is what you should be looking for since the inflation rate could increase without notice.

2. IT TAKES TIME:
If you're told to invest and get 300% in 2 weeks, then it's likely a Ponzi scheme not an investment plan. Every legit investment plan takes a bit of time, say a couple of months at least. It's not magic and they are not printing money so don't believe them.

3. IT SHOULD BE TOTALLY PASSIVE:
It's an investment, your money should work for you. When they tell you to bring two or three people before you enjoy the full benefits then it's not totally passive. You should be able to put your money, go to sleep and wake up when it's time to receive your money.

4. INVEST IN LOW RISK PLANS:
#100k isn't small money, you shouldn't throw it away. I advise you only invest in plans and products that have insurance or some sort of security. With an insurance, no matter what happens, you won't lose your capital (the money you investee).

5. INVEST ONLY IN CLEAR PRODUCTS:
If you don't understand where your money goes, don't invest.
For instance, if you invest in real estate, you make money via rent or property sales, if you invest in agriculture, you make money via product sales etc. If they say, just invest and then they system would miraculously generate profit, RUN! It's a scam.

Now you understand how investing and investment works, the question is how do you find an investment that covers all these points and more. I'd recommend BYPORK.

BYPORK is a crowd pig farming platform that allows you invest in pig farming, earn HUGEEEEE returns on investments and also give back to the poor. One very interesting thing about bypork is that, 10% of every Investment goes to the poor/orphanage or a family in the form of pork.

They are currently doing a special plan, if you invest in their cycle (which closes this September) you get 20% interest in just 6 months.

You can invest using this link: https://bypork.com/special?refid=v4i8

When you do, I get a small commission (which doesn't affect your profits). For more information, visit https://bypork.com or WhatsApp me on +2348180602585.
