Hood vs. Evil - Kung Fu Panda 2 - Mars Needs Moms - Puss in Boots - Rango - Rio - The Smurfs - Winnie the Pooh - Wrinkles Several of the films listed have not yet had their required Los Angeles qualifying runs. - "The Dark Knight Rises" IMAX Prologue, attached to Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol, gets PG-13 rating. So, when is the theaterical trailer dropping?? - "The Hunger Games" trailer to premiere on Good Morning America on Nov. 14 2011. Thank God it's not being attached to "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn part 1".

Veteran actors James Remar, Tom Wopat, James Russo, and Todd Allen have joined Quentin Tarantino's Django Unchained. James Remar will play Ace Speck, a slave trader who acquires Django (Jamie Foxx) at an auction. Tom Wopat will portray Marshall Gil Tatum, and Todd Allen is set to play Dollar Bill, who oversees the plantation. It isn't known who James Russo will play. "Django Unchained" hits theaters Dec. 25 2012 and will also star Jamie Foxx, Christoph Waltz, Leonardo DiCaprio, Kurt Russell, Samuel L. Jackson, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, RZA and Kerry Washington. - IMMORTALS debuted at No. 1 at the U.S. Box Office this weekend with an estimated gross of $32 million. - The concept art for THE CROW reboot has been revealed. - The Dark Knight Rises wrapped up 7 months of filming in New York yesterday. Now heads into post-production which will last for like 5 or 6 months. The Dark Knight Rises hits theaters July 20 2012 and don't forget to check out the 6-minute IMAX prologue attached to Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol in selected IMAX theaters on December 16 2011. - David Yates, veteran of the last four Harry Potter movies, has revealed he’s working with the BBC to produce a movie version of long-running and much-loved sci-fi series Doctor Who. - Ricky Geravis returns as host of next year's Golden Globe awards. - David Oyelowo ( who starred in Last King of Scotland and Rise of the Planet of the Apes) has joined the cast of Steven Spielberg's upcoming film Lincoln. It also stars Daniel Day-Lewis as Abraham Lincoln and it's expected to hit theaters by late 2012. - Kristen Stewart  is in talks for a part in the Akira remake.  - Plans are on the way by Universal studios to make a Woody Woodpecker movie. |

- HUGO, THE MUPPETS and ARTHUR CHRISTMAS receives positive reviews from critics and moviegoers. - Christopher Nolan gives story details on THE DARK KNIGHT RISES in the new edition of Empire magazine which hits stores on Nov. 24 2011. Nolan goes on to state that the prologue will be “the first six, seven minutes” of the film, and it will be an introduction to Bane and a “taste” of the rest of the film. The sequel is expected to hits theaters by May 2013. - The 69th Golden Globe Awards nominations will be announced on December 15 2011.
