Hello Nairalanders I have this question to ask the Engineers who are conversant with quantity surveying. There is a building with length 35cm and breadth 25cm now the question is how many rafters and polines should be enough for a building such as this...I really need advise before this carpenter gives an exorbitant quotation I am sure he is ready to milk me dry. I anticipate your response as I need the information ASAP to know the next step to take Cheers |

It is not compulsory he buys these items. You can ask him how many he intends to use and it's specification, buy these items yourself. Any left overs can be resold or returned. You don't need to let him know what you intend to do. 1 Like |
