LZAA: Well said. Unfortunately, most Nigerians have this mindset that just because Nigeria is in disarray and currently without any clear sense of direction, they erroneously assume that all other Black African countries are in the same boat. Nigerians couldn't be more wrong. An increasing number of Black African countries have made significant progress over the years while Nigeria was asleep. If you don't keep improving on yourself as a nation, you will be left behind. That is what happened to Nigeria. Many Nigerians can't afford to travel around the African Continent so they are in the dark as to the progress other African countries have made over the years. Most Nigerians don't realize that you don't have to travel to the western world to be successful. You can become financially successful right there in Africa. An increasing number of Black people who descended from enslaved Africans and who are now citizens of the United States, countries in South and Central America, Europe and the Caribbean are moving or are looking to move back to Africa to take advantage of what the Continent has to offer and here we have Nigerians running away to the western world because they think they can't make it in life except if they are in the western world. Many have derailed their destinies due to this faulty way of reasoning. People never cherish what they have until they loose it I tell you. 4 Likes |

Torture2020: There is no way Ghana is 1,000 times better than Nigeria. I was worked as a consultant with a Ghanaian firm before moving to North America. Nigeria is still the largest economy in Africa. Based on my experience working as a consultant in over 20countries, the Nigerian environment is volatile but Nigeria has more to offer than any other African country. Check World Bank data. 1 Like |

SmartyPants: Don't mind many of these people who have not traveled across Nigeria and the world in general. There are more opportunities in Nigeria than Ghana. I’ve worked in many of these countries before as a consultant and I laugh when I see Nigerians throw their country under the bus. Nigeria is struggling in different areas but it still has the greatest economic potential in Africa. Most parts of Ghana(apart from Accra and parts of Kumasi) cannot stand near most Nigerian cities. There is high rate of poverty and inequality in Ghana as well. 5 Likes |

Liftkid: Listen carefully...I have been away from Nigeria for almost 20 years not in Africa. Listen and listen. 1. Do not ever listen to all these young boys with no experience here. 2. Throw away such idea from the window 3. What's your qualifications ? Any skills? 4. You don't just fly into a country and expect everyone to greet you with smiling faces. 5. You can't work without invitations through employment by an employer. 6. You would be illegal to work and you wouldn't find any job without proper working permits. 7. Your amount of money is just money for BREAKFAST abroad. 8. Where are you going to stay? No one would agree to house an illegal immigrant. 9. Stay in Nigeria, save more or find any business that would increase your money. 10. Covid 19 have changed a lot of immigration policies. Why kill yourself early and make your kids fatherless and wife widow. 11. Africa is the next and last frontier. I suggest people to migrate to African countries legally. 12. Botswana, Malawi, Namibia, Rwanda etc .find their requirements for setting business there and then decide. All these I want to get out of naija sounds disgusting and ridiculous. Without information you will commit suicide. Stay away from abroad illegally, infact they would deport you from airport. This is an advice from me. 1 Like |
