Nairalander please kindly advise me on what to do

I used zenith ATM card on a POS since July 15 2020, I was debited, yet POS prompt transaction error.

I am yet to be refunded

I went to bank to fill form, have visited different zenith bank to complain(more than 6 times).

The only word the customer care told me was "its from the headquarter, we can only notify them again"

Am tired, I even went to CBN branch here, they said they don't attend to complains


Please advise me biko

Sorry about that, i had the same issues with Gtb and i was refunded twice sef without go to the bank.
I just called their customer care dat was all, so i tink u should do same hopefully they will do sumtin about it

Send a tweet to them via tweeter, tag them and also tag CBN.
