Guidelines for completing the form:
1. The application must be completed in block letters;
2. Completed application forms must be returned to the email address provided in this guidelines, that is, ….
3. All applicants must be an indigene and resident of Ekiti East Local Government Areas;
4. He/she must be a 200-level student of any public tertiary institutions (College of Education, Monotechnic, Polytechnic or University);
5. He/she must obtain not less than 2nd Class Upper or Upper Credit grade level;
6. He/she must be an indigent student with prove of inability to pay school fees;
7. All applicants should ensure that information contained in the form are correct/accurate as any misinformation will result into disqualification of the applicant;
8. Application form should be completed by the applicants and NOT by proxy;
9. No applicant should complete more than one form per academic session as duplication of application form will result into disqualification; and
10.Application form must be signed by each applicant and returned to the Foundation as per the instruction.
