HR ADMIN NEEDED!!!

An Accounting firm located in Lagos Nigeria, which has being in existence since 1984 is in need of an experienced Human Resources Manager with six years to ten years experience to work with them

Responsibilities:

* Managing recruitment, training, career development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, industrial relations, employment law, compliance, disciplinary and grievance issues.

* Maintaining and developing the organisation human resources by planning trainings, evaluating employee relations and human resource policies.

* Analysing training needs in conjunction with line managers; planning and delivering training.

* Preparing payroll and maintain staff records, etc

Qualifications:

Good understanding of general human resource policies and procedures. Good knowledge of Nigerian employment and labour laws. BSc in Business administration or relevant field. CIPM Membership or additional HR training/experience would be an added advantage.

Salary

Annual salary of #3 million (tax inclusive)

Age:
