Paul Ngozi Iloba Obanua is the Congress for Democratic Change (CDC) governorship candidate in Delta State. In his interview with Vincent Obia of Thisday Newspaper (20/02/2011), paul Obanua says achieving full employment for the people of the state will be his focus when elected.

Paul Obanua remains the only contestant who is specific about his manifesto for Delta state. Why, because he expects Deltans to hold him answerable when they get less. Paul Obanua's candidacy has been raising the roof in Delta North as his road show continues to grow. To further demonstrate his people empowerment programme, he has flagged-off an open essay competition for Deltan and Non-Deltan students of in higher learning in Delta States. Participation has also been extended to Deltans who are schooling outside the state. The essay is geared around stimulating youths interest in his manifesto and candidacy for Governor.
