Do Dreams Really Matter? by DICO111(m): 5:59am On Sep 06, 2020
Hello Fam, good morning to you all.

I don't know if others experience this too or I'm alone on this one, most times when I sleep and dream, I wake in the morning without remembering the very important events or details of the dream.

But today, I had a dream where I was gathering snails and I woke up this morning remembering every detail of it plus feeling a little bit frightened and disturbed. I do not know what it means to be picking snails in the dream and why I woke up feeling disturbed hence the reason why I will like anyone with a proper interpretation of what it means to tell me because I think I need help here to decode this dream. (Mods to Fp please) thanks to everyone.

Some does and some doesn't

God communicate with some people via dreams, so for those people, it matters..

Some people vision comes from dream, so it matters.

Some doesnt matter

Dreams matter as they serve to warn us of future occurences but other times it might just be a manifestation of your thoughts before going to bed.

So in this case, you must have been thinking of eating peppered snails before going to bed that's why you were picking snails in your dream.

@ Mr Ojay1. Honestly am not a fan of any delicacy that contain snails and ordinarily I would have categorized this dream as just an "ordinary dream" but I woke up with fear and goosebumps all over my body. I have never experienced this before.

Dreams are just flash back of information stored in our subconscious mind..

They appear in different form of dreams....

Just be consciously aware of things and gradually you will decode the message..

But nothing spiritual about it

Choose to be happy. Choose to see things positively. Every decision we make is one we cannot get back, so choose wisely. Life truly is what you make of it.

Dream is a revelation of what is happening in your physical life in the spirit realm. it will be revealed to you. but you must be spiritually connected for you to receive the revelation.
I recommend you being spiritually connected to God.

modified.
Dream could be revealed in different forms(parable forms, proverbs etc . you need to translate the dream in your life. Every dream has a message to deliver to you .

I use to wonder too,but honestly I don't know what to think anymore.
Last month my mom had this dreams of me dying and a huge loss to one of my siblings(but in the dream she dreamt of her favourite pastor(name withheld so they wont say I am marketing anybody) coming to tell her about the problem coming and told her not to worry, that there shall be no loss and she will recover all the money ever lost in our family).
She called me and told me like 2 days ahead about it and discouraged me from making any travels, that I should stay put and forget business for now.
I listen and ignored as usual because business always comes first to me,even before life.
She called again a day after and warned about same,I pretended to listen but will continue with my voyage secretly without her knowledge(somehow I didn't forget to wear a medal she gave me).
I think it was a thursday, both my brother and my vessels departed Nigeria the same day, mine headed for Port gentil while his for another country(I was in mine whereas he was already at his destination waiting for his vessel laden with goods to the brim).
We started sailing and when we got to Agbami offshore(sailors in the house might know this spot),the gateway to the atlantic from the creeks/river,a huge storm started and directionless rogue waves began.
It hit so bad and the vessel I was in lose engine power and the waves were winning and close to sinking it,I prepared myself, wore my life best, took my bag and headed for the bridge deck(small 400T vessel anyway)
It was very clear we would sink so I started making ways for my exit before it happens and the vessel will pull me to the ocean bed and drown me.
So I saw some fishermen with their small boat struggling with the waves too and started flagging them for flagging sake because I knew in those conditions no one will attempt to rescue you, somehow they turned and headed my direction whilst still in the vessel.
They got there,I jumped from the bridge into the water after throwing my bag to them to the water and then climb into their boat, that's how I saved myself from that whole menace.
Got to shore while thinking of my own safety and being happy, calls started coming in from my brother crying bitterly telling me how vessels have been sinking through out that day and his own was nowhere to be found.
All his colleagues that loaded their vessels all sank that day,i mean all of them.
I already knew his has sunk too because I saw the wrath of those waves with my eyes and was already planning on how we would contribute money to help him start over again, not even minding of the whereabouts of mine(I am not a Christian nor religious, but I asked god that day that if anything should happen to anybody,he should do it to me and spare my brother because i knew he would die of shock if that think sunk because he load that vessel with everything he has got in this life, everything!)
It was the next day the manager of the vessel called and gave their location which was close to shore and that they had lost one of their engines and ask us to get another vessel to come and tow them to shore since it was very close undecided
I was like this guy is mad undecided
I made arrangements from Nigeria on how to get technicians from the ground and a substitute smaller but powerful CAT engine and multiple pumps to go and mount on that vessel to manage it to port, since it was just like 6kms from port.
They did that in the afternoon and in the evening they my sister called me with celebration and people chanting in the background that vessel has berthed.
It was only my brothers vessel that successfully berthed that day,the rest sunk more than 6 others.
After then I started worrying about mine, they were nowhere to be found,no one has heard from them or so...
I went back home, cried again, was really worried and then travelled to port gentil to to see things for myself.
I got there around 8pm or so,still didn't see them, called my mother on phone and was really weeping in my heart but had to pretend to be strong so she wouldn't die or develop shock(she's in her mid 60s so you should know what I mean).
Immediately After I drop the phone,I hear ship horn approaching port but I saw lights too in the water approaching. It was very dark so I couldn't see far to make out which vessel was coming.
They approached and approached and approached till they got there and it was them shocked shocked
I exploded with joy in my heart till I started squealing like a little girl angry angry grin All these happened last month btw...
Look,I am still not religious or a God person but I have learnt 2 things in this life.
1)There is a supernatural force that governs this earth, but I don't know if it is This abrahamic God or what, but all I know is there is something we still don't understand yet.
2)Dreams are real and revelatory, use them sometimes to guide your actions.
I will attach some pictures of my rescue...

Dreams are very important, they are our subconscious subtly giving us messages or predictions, when I was still addicted to gambling, I had a dream when Southampton defeated Chelsea at Stamford bridge, funny thing was I saw the score as 1-2 but stubborn me I chose Chelsea to win and Ricky Lambart really punished me.

If you don't feel comfortable about a dream you had just pray about it

Gathering snails seems like a dream you need to reject what it stands for

They don't matter, unless you give too much importance to it, u start seeing everything in perspective to your dream. That is you allowing your mind to play you.

No. Mine is actually weird. There is nothing I have not done in my dreams, it's just like living in another world for me. And I dream at all time I sleep, even afternoon sleep. I don't take my dreams seriously anymore, bunch of jokes.

Eating or seeing food in dreams connotes a lot of things. You need to watch the effect on your daily life to discover how it affects you.

Eating in dreams shows how spiritual weak you are, sometimes seeing food in dreams can make you lose in real life any pursuit. It destroys any hope of getting favour or help that you think it's certain. The beauty of having this dream is a clear warning for you to do more battle spiritual for to be able to attain those things you are waiting on the Lord for. YOU CAN ACTUALLY REVERSE THE BAD EFFECTS OF EATING IN DREAMS Through prayers to achieve your pursuit in life.
